Focusing on You

01 — Take Time for Yourself

In a world that is ever-changing and demanding more and more of us, there seems to be less time to refresh and recharge. How can you expect to be at your best, if you’re not taking care of yourself? What you need to feel reenergized may differ from the person next to you, but learn to make time for yourself a NON-NEGOTIABLE.

02 — Budget for What You Want

We all deserve to have the things that matter most to us (within reason). Buying a beach front condo in Malibu probably isn’t in the cards, but saving for that new product, treatment, camera, or trip you’ve been wanting to take is definitely doable. Look at your finances (don’t shy away!) and set money aside. Don’t have the wiggle room to throw some cash into savings? Can you give up something you currently don’t utilize as a trade? Check out your recurring expenses like that forgotten subscription to Apple+ that never gets used.

03 — Invest in Skincare You Enjoy

Aesthetics is great don’t get us wrong, but you can’t expect to keep things rocking all year long if you’re not putting in the work on the daily. Having a good skincare regimen is essential in helping your body maintain the results of the aesthetic treatment. Hydrated, healthy skin is happy skin. Don’t go crazy on us now and buy all the products being pushed on reels and TikToks. Many aestheticians and dermatologists will tell you that skincare routines do NOT have to be extravagant. A good cleaner and sunscreen are the essentials, but we also encourage you to find hydration products appropriate for your skin type (oily, combo, dry, etc.) to lock in moisture in areas where you get tox and filler (and everywhere else for that matter!).

04 — Wear the SPF!

If you’re not wearing SPF we can’t be friends - just kidding, but no seriously, WEAR THE SPF! UV rays can penetrate your skin even when the sun isn’t out. Not wearing SPF is counterproductive to the intention of receiving botulism treatments because the sun’s radiation will continue to cause damage to your skin (while you’ve just paid money to “undo” aging). Sun exposure can also have an impact on the healing process with filler and degrade the filler (that’s money down the drain - ugh). So if you take one thing away from our website - wear the damn SPF already!

Every second that makes you feel better is worth spending.

You can’t a price on confidence.

Self-care is the best form of health care.
